qiān yán wàn yǔ què bù zhī cóng hé shuō qǐ

千言万语却不知从何说起

have so many words to say that one doesn't know where to start

tā xīn lǐ yǒu qiān yán wàn yǔ kě yī jù yě shuō bù chū lái

他心里有千言万语，可一句也说不出来。

His heart was filled with unspoken words but he failed to utter a single one.
