rú guǒ xià yǔ biǎo yǎn jiù shùn yán

如果下雨，表演就顺延。

If it rains, the show will be postponed.

yùn dòng huì dìng yú liù yuè yī rì jǔ xíng yù yǔ shùn yán

运动会定于六月一日举行，遇雨顺延。

The sports meet is scheduled for June 1st, and subject to postponement in case of rain.

Try not to postpone our meeting.

rú guǒ zài wèi xué xiào cān jiā bǐ sài zhī qián bèi tíng xué de huà tā de zī gé zé kě yǐ wǎng hòu shùn yán yī nián

如果在为学校参加比赛之前被停学的话，他的资格则可以往后顺延一年。

If he is suspended before taking part in contest for the school, his eligibility can be extended for another year.
