追诉

rú guǒ èr shí nián yǐ hòu rèn wéi bì xū zhuī sù de xū bào qǐng zuì gāo rén mín jiǎn chá yuàn hé zhǔn

如果二十年以后认为必须追诉的，须报请最高人民检察院核准。

If after 20 years it is considered necessary to prosecute a crime, the matter shall be submitted to the Supreme People's Procuratorate for examination and approval.
