菜豆

zhè shì hóng huā cài dòu

这是红花菜豆。

It is runner beans.

wǒ jiāng cài dòu qiā diào liǎng tóu rēng jìn wǎn lǐ

我将菜豆掐掉两头，扔进碗里。

I snapped the ends off the beans and dropped them into a bowl.
