mǎ cáo li dōu shì sǐ shuǐ

马槽里都是死水。

The horse trough was full of stagnant water.

ràng wǒ men guì dào mǎ cáo qián rèn zuì huǐ guò

让我们跪到马槽前，认罪悔过。
