未遂犯

bǐ zhě rèn wéi xiāng duì bù néng gòu chéng wèi suì fàn ér jué duì bù néng zé bù gòu chéng fàn zuì

笔者认为，相对不能构成未遂犯，而绝对不能则不构成犯罪。

The author of this paper holds that relative impossibility will constitute attempted offence and that absolute impossibility will constitute a crime.
