你倒说话呀，怎么哑巴了？

Spit it out! Have you lost your tongue?

rú jīn wǒ men shuō mǒu gè rén yǒu yǔ yán zhàng ài ér bù shuō shì yǎ ba

如今我们说某个人“有语言障碍”，而不说是哑巴。

Nowadays we say someone is "speech-impaired", not dumb.
