take turns to stay with and look after somebody

měi tiān yóu yī rén zhí bān shí gè rén lún liú yī gè yuè yě jiù sān gè lún cì

每天由一人值班，十个人轮流，一个月也就三个轮次。

One person needs to be on duty each day. If 10 people take turns, it's only three rounds per month.
