偏私

bǐng gōng bàn àn jué bù piān sī

秉公办案，决不偏私。

Handle a legal case justly and impartially.

bù néng yǒu suǒ piān sī

不能有所偏私。

One should be impartial.

gōng zhèng zhí fǎ jiù yào yī fǎ xíng shǐ zhí quán bù dé piān sī

公正执法就要依法行使职权，不得偏私。

Just law enforcement is to exercise the functions and powers legally and not to bias for anyone.
