He is absent from work again because of illness.

tā cóng bù wú gù quē qín

她从不无故缺勤。

She has never been absent without excuse.

hé lǐ de quē qín bù yīng bèi shì zuò nián jià

合理的缺勤不应被视作年假。

Justified absences from work shall not be considered as annual leave.

gāi zhí yuán zài yī nián zhōng fēi lián xù xìng èr shí tiān huò lián xù qī tiān quē qín bìng zài shū miàn jǐng gào hòu bù sī huǐ gǎi

该职员在一年中非连续性二十天或连续七天缺勤，并在书面警告后不思悔改。

The employee has been absent from work for 20 non-consecutive days or 7 consecutive days in a year, and does not mend after warning in writing.
