领情

He was not a bit grateful for others' help.

wǒ men gěi le tā miàn zi dàn shì tā què bù lǐng qíng

我们给了他面子，但是他却不领情。

We did show some respect to his authority, but he showed no gratitude in return.

nǐ de hǎo yì wǒ hěn lǐng qíng

你的好意，我很领情。

I'm very grateful to you for your kindness.
